Cameras and photo equipment are not allowed during regular visits. Personal-use photos are encouraged on cell phones and tablets only.

The Neon Museum is partnering with Blue Star Museums to offer free general admission to those currently serving in the United States Military. The offer will begin on Armed Forces Day, May 16, 2026 and continue through Labor Day, Sept. 7, 2026.

Museums for All and Museums for All Youth 7-17 General Admission (EBT/SNAP/WIC) *Maximum 4 tickets per card, $5 per ticket.
Available for purchase in person at The Neon Museum Box Office.
Valid photo ID required and SNAP card required. The Neon Museum accepts SNAP from all 50 states.
Foster families are also supported by Museums for All! Valid photo ID and foster placement letter required at check-in.
