Important Information:

The Neon Museum invites older adults to an 8-week writing workshop series with award-winning author, Joylynn M. Ross. All experience levels are welcome to explore artistic growth and develop meaningful social connections.

In this series, you’ll use your pen to travel back in time to your favorite memories from our amazing city. With the Neon Boneyard as the backdrop, workshop participants will experience the sparkle and stories of Las Vegas while exploring and sharing personal memories sparked by the iconic signs of Las Vegas.

Whether you’re trying out writing for the first time or looking to develop your skills, you’ll begin to write a collection of your personal stories, memorable moments, or essays to form your own memoir or book, with an opportunity to celebrate your work and share it with others at the end of the series.

Class size is extremely limited, register ASAP!

You must register and pay in advance to participate. You must attend at least 3 sessions to participate in the reading on April 25th.
