Three educational events, one glowing series!
Join the Neon Museum for three electrifying STEAM Family Fest events in 2026—Electric City, Light Up the World, and Signs and Skylines! Designed around hands-on exploration of science, technology, engineering, art, and math, each STEAM Family Fest features a unique theme with new activities, partners, and performances. Come to all three for a new and different experience grounded in the museum’s collection.
February 28 – Electric City:
Discover the science of electricity and what makes Las Vegas glow, in the past and present.
April 4 – Light Up the World:
Learn how the phenomena of light, natural and man-made, illuminates and shapes our everyday lives.
Oct 24 – Signs and Skylines:
Explore how architecture, interior design, and landscaping have built the story of Las Vegas.
Join us as we learn and celebrate Las Vegas’ vibrant history and culture. Mark your calendars to be part of these Saturday mornings filled with community, creativity, and family fun!

Thanks to the generous support of Speedway Children’s Charities, library card holders can attend STEAM Family Fest for free! Library cards from the Clark County, North Las Vegas, and Henderson Library Districts can be redeemed for up to four free tickets on the day of the event. Simply present your library card at the door to claim your tickets. Please note that tickets are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis—so be sure to arrive early!
STEAM Family Fest is a program by The Neon Museum that offers fun make-and-take activities, hands-on learning, and demonstrations designed to promote creative and critical thinking.
What is STEAM learning? STEAM learning is an education strategy that integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math to encourage inquiry, discussion and problem-solving.
