Museum-appropriate attire is required. Attire that is not appropriate for The Neon Museum (as determined by The Museum and which may result in request to cover or change clothing or refusal of admittance or ejection) includes, but is not limited to, bathing suits, clothing with objectionable material, including obscene or implied obscene language or graphics, or closing which exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment.
Shirts and shoes are required in The Neon Museum at all times.
Guest assumes all risk of injury. We recommend visitors wear closed-toe shoes.
Backpacks, luggage, and large bags are not allowed in The Museum. Small personal bags or purses of any kind must be within the following dimensions for admission 12 x 12 x 6 to be allowed in The Museum.
Going over the stanchions/rock border or touching the signs/collection is strictly prohibited.
Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, weapons, smoking of any kind including electronic cigarettes/vapes are strictly prohibited.
Guests that appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of substances of any kind may be refused admission and/or asked to leave The Museum.
Guests must follow all directions and instructions given by the staff of The Neon Museum. Failure to follow stated instructions or any inappropriate or discourteous conduct toward The Neon Museum Staff will result in refusal of admission and/or the request to leave the Museum without refund of fees.
