Yes! An Evening or a Daytime Admission ticket may be applied towards a new membership on the day of your visit or before.

The maximum number of admission tickets that can be applied toward an Individual membership is one. The maximum number of admission tickets that can be applied toward a Dual membership and above is two. Tickets can only be applied for those covered by the membership itself.

Your membership is valid for one full year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

Yes! Login to your account with the email associated with your membership and your selected password.

Your login connects you to your membership benefits. Once logged in, you will be able to select member tickets, 50% off discounts tickets, event tickets only available to members and more!

General Admission or Benefactor passes are included with memberships at the Dual level and above. Passes can be used by the member or can be gifted by the member to friends/family.

General Admission passes cannot be applied to Guided Tours or Brilliant! Jackpot experiences. Benefactor passes can be applied to all evening experiences.

Memberships at The Neon Museum are limited to one (Individual level) or two-person (Dual level and above) memberships.

Complimentary guests for every visit are included in the Dual+ level membership and above.

No. Membership cards are non-transferable.  The Neon Museum member must be present to use membership admission benefits.  A valid ID may be requested for verification.

Yes! A Neon Museum membership is the perfect gift for any occasion.

Click Gift Membership to purchase your gift.

The gift membership will list you as the gift-giver and will be sent to the recipient within a week, unless otherwise requested.

Dual level memberships and above include the North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM) benefit, granting free admission to our members to over 1,000 other participating institutions.  Each institution operates independently, and may processes NARM tickets differently. For details, contact the institution directly.

Yes, the Neon Museum is a member of the North American Reciprocal Membership program with over 1,000 other member museums. We require a NARM endorsed membership card per person to receive complimentary tickets and 10% off in the museum store.  We are able to offer one ticket per named member. Valid ID must be presented with membership card for verification at ticket pick-up. “Family benefits” include complimentary tickets for two adults and two children under the age of 18. Please email a copy of your NARM endorsed membership card, along with your ticket request and phone number, to memberships@neonmuseum.org or call (702) 387-6366.
