Tim is involved with management of offices in 5 different states, and is also an active trial lawyer in Nevada and Colorado. Tim manages a team of attorneys, specialists, and paralegals. His practice focuses on all aspects of personal injury claims, including complex products liability and premises claims. Tim has a represented a far reaching group of clients ranging from Fortune 100 clients to individuals who have had involved in litigation.
In 2007 Tim and his wife Amy moved to Las Vegas and it has become their home. Tim and Amy support a number of different organizations in Southern Nevada, including Opportunity Village and Core Academy powered by the Rogers Foundation. When they are not working, Tim and Amy enjoy spending time exploring all of what downtown and the Arts District has to offer.
