The Neon Museum On The Road

Experiences at your organization’s center or meeting space are available on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. While we do our best to accommodate your group’s preferred date and time, the off-site experience must fall within this window to align with staff availability. These off-site experiences take place at your organization’s location and are led by Museum staff. They include a presentation using a digital map of the Neon Boneyard, optional hands-on activities with artifacts, and opportunities for participants to share personal stories sparked by the signs. Session length is flexible, typically lasting up to one hour based on your group’s needs.

We understand that some programs at your organization’s center or meeting space may be booked months in advance. Throughout the year, we send reminder emails to confirm your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the opportunity to another older adult group.

The Neon Museum on the Road

Experiences at your organization’s center or meeting space offer a museum-led program at your location, bringing interactive presentations and materials tailored to your group.

Both options are designed to engage older adults but differ in setting and level of physical immersion.

Older Adult Field Trips

These outings take place at The Neon Museum, where participants explore the historic sign collection in person, guided by the Museum Learning Team with optional activities available.
