
Frederick Hubbs, Jr.

Director of Philanthropy
With over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership and development, Frederick Hubbs joined the Neon Museum in March 2025 as Director of Philanthropy. He previously held senior management positions at the Las Vegas Philharmonic and Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation.
Throughout his career, Frederick has demonstrated a remarkable ability to cultivate major gifts, steward corporate sponsorships, increase donor engagement, enhance organizational visibility through strategic marketing and community partnerships, and lead diverse teams toward ambitious goals.
With a BA in Art History and Visual Culture from San Jose State University, Frederick brings a creative, mission-driven approach to nonprofit management, grounded in strategic planning, team development, and a passion for making a difference.
When not working Frederick enjoys baking, cooking, game nights, and exploring Las Vegas
