David Rand
Chief Guest Experience Officer
With over 20 years’ experience operating museums, attractions, and entertainment, David Rand joined the Neon Museum in October 2023. He previously held senior management positions at the Hoover Dam, Luxor and Excalibur, Entertainment Benefits Group, The STRAT, and most recently in New Orleans designing and opening Vue Orleans, a museum and observation deck.
David has extensive experience with a proven track record of leading organizations through change developing high performing teams through ingenuity, innovation, and employee engagement.
David graduated from the UNLV Master’s Degree program in Leisure Management in 1999 and has made his home in Vegas for the past 25 years. When not working David enjoys golf, sports (Go Knights Go!) and spending time with his family.
