Adam is an accomplished advertising executive with experience in strategic planning and negotiation, overseeing operational execution, and sales. He currently serves as the Branch President of Clear Channel Outdoor’s Las Vegas division with responsibility for all facets of the business including sales, real estate/public affairs, finance, marketing and operations. Prior to his promotion in April 2016, he served as the company’s regional vice president of sales and marketing for the Northwest US based in Seattle, Washington. Adam has spent the last 16 years tasked with building high-performance sales teams through superior leadership, communication, and culture change management using a strategic and collaborative approach.

Adam began his advertising career in Los Angeles with an advertising agency as a regional media buyer, where his responsibilities included planning, negotiating and execution of advertising plans for 200+ national advertisers in the Western United States. Recruited to the vendor-owner side of the business in 2005, he joined Clear Channel Outdoor as an account executive, then leading him to the eventual management side of his career, overseeing the Las Vegas branch.

Over the past seven years, he has been serving on the Board of Trustees for the world famous and Las Vegas-based Neon Museum. He also donates his professional time serving as an Honorary Commander/Civic Leader for a training squadron at Nellis AFB, as well as serving with the Vegas Golden Knights Alumni Association for raising awareness, networking individuals, and supporting and offering assistance for their events and fundraisers throughout Las Vegas. He additionally spends his personal time serving as a member on the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Search and Rescue (Mountain Rescue) Team where he’s able to combine his passion for leadership, helping others, and the outdoors.
