Director of Finance
JoAnn Arguello has over 30 years of experience working with non-profits and extensive knowledge when it comes to all things accounting – budgeting, fiscal, programmatic, and structural analysis of organizations.
JoAnn has extensive experience in grant management, procurement, and auditing requirements. She has worked with nonprofits before- but nothing as shiny and awe inspiring as The Neon Museum!
When she isn’t balancing books and fighting financial fires, JoAnn enjoys spending time with her husband and grandchildren.

In October of 2024, the Board of Trustees took the bold move to adopt a new Mission Statement for The Neon Museum.
